Our Reentry PRogram
Our certified 18-month apprenticeship program empowers participants with hands-on skills, mentorship, and fair wages. We enable talented people to rebuild their futures while bringing reliability and expertise to every project.
Modeled after the renowned Homeboy Industries program, our holistic approach ensures program members are prepared not only for skilled careers in advanced manufacturing, but also for meaningful reintegration into the San Diego community.
We break cycles of incarceration by providing rigorous job training, meaningful career opportunities, and wraparound services for justice-impacted individuals.
Services and Programs
- 3000 hours of California Apprenticeship Approved hands-on and classroom training with industry standard machines and the support of team of experts
- Graduate with a certification from the Department of Labor
- Support groups (AA/NA, CGA) and therapy on-site
- Case Management (get connected to additional resources and supports)
- Life Skills Workshop (financial aid, digital literacy, and more)
- 100% job placement after graduation
- Opportunity to give back to the community (service projects, speaking engagement)
