Guest Speaker/Instructor
We welcome guest speakers and volunteer instructors from industry experts to those with lived experience to share their knowledge in life skills, financial and digital literacy, machining, programming, and more to inspire and equip our members for success.
Event Support
We also welcome volunteers to support our events helping with preparation, setup, cleanup, guest hospitality, and thank-yous to make each gathering a success.
Mentorship
We’re looking for mentors who want to be a steady source of support for our members throughout the 18-month program and beyond extending case management through encouragement, life guidance, professional networking, job search assistance, and confidence-building as members adjust to a new chapter in life.
Legal Aid
Support the legal side of reentry by helping members navigate record expungement, employment rights, identification restoration, and other legal barriers to rebuilding their lives.
Graduate students seeking hands-on experience in reentry or youth gang prevention and intervention are encouraged to contact us for internship opportunities.
MACHINIST INSTRUCTOR
Part of the Reentry Program involves classroom work as our members study machining fundamentals and relevant math. We are looking for experienced machinists with a heart to teach who can commit to 2-4 hours of teaching per week.
